Solitaire extends expiration date of warrants

March 25, 2004: Solitaire Minerals Corp. (the Company) wishes to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, the non transferable share purchase warrants included in the flow through share units issued as part of the private placement announced March 27, 2003 have been extended to expire on or before April 3, 2005.
