Mr. Macdonald has been a self-employed geological consultant since September 1982. He has been a director of Dynamic Ventures Ltd., a public mining company listed on CDN from 1995 until the present; Golden Quail Resources a public mining company listed on the VSE and NASDAQ from May 1989 to present; and SRR Mercantile Inc. from June 1996 to present. He has been President and Director of Arcturus Resources Ltd. to 2001. Mr. MacDonald is also the senior project geologist for Starfield Resources Inc.

B. H. (Ben) Whiting, P. Geo., (APEGBC & APGO)

Mr. Whiting is a registered Professional Geoscientist, (APEGBC & APGO) with over 24 years of geological experience working mainly in gold and base metals exploration and industrial minerals evaluation in North and South America. He has planned and conducted projects from concept, property submission and reconnaissance through to underground exploration and development. Target environments have included volcanogenic and magmatic massive sulphides, lode and placer gold, porphyry copper and molybdenum, vein and carbonate hosted lead-zinc-silver, pegmatites, coal, gemstones, and industrial minerals. He has also gained expertise in the fields of exploration geochemistry, ore reserve estimation and computer modelling of ore deposits.

Mr. Kermeen, M.Sc., P.Eng
Position: Advisory Board
Mr. Kermeen is a geological engineer and geologist with over 40 years of varied experience in the mineral industry including: 17 years of exploration and underground mine geology relating to uranium deposits in northern Saskatchewan; Mr. Kermeen’s Masters Thesis was on the first known occurrence of uranium on the unconformity at the base of the Athabaska Sandstone. Many years of exploration for base and precious metals deposits in Canada, The Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, South Korea , China, Chile and Bolivia. He participated in the discovery of the South Kemess gold-copper deposit in British Columbia now operated by Northgate Exploration Limited. Mine management and participation in mine feasibility studies on the Phoenix Copper, Similco and Granisle copper mines in British Columbia.
