Solitaire Minerals Corp. has signed a Purchase Agreement with Seagrove Capital Corp. (October 12, 2004 News Release) to acquire a 100% interest in 3,117 hectares (approximately 7,700 acres) of prospective uranium claims located south west of Key Lake, Athabasca basin in northern Saskatchewan.
